1. What materials are your jewelry pieces made from?
Most of our jewellery is made from stainless steel and is gold-plated. We also have copper, alloy and zircon jewellery. You can found information about each jewellery under each listing.
2. How do I determine my ring size?
Ring size guide is uploaded in every listing where we have variable sizes.
3. Can I customize a piece of jewelry?
Yes we are going to do personalised jewelry soon.

6. How do I care for and clean my jewelry?
Keep each piece of jewelry in a separate compartment or pouch to prevent scratching and tangling. Store jewelry in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to avoid discoloration and deterioration. Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or using household cleaners, as chemicals can damage metals and gemstones. Avoid exposing jewelry to perfume, hairspray, and lotions, as they can dull gemstones and metals. Put on jewelry after applying cosmetics to prevent makeup from getting on the pieces.
Avoid tugging or pulling on delicate chains or settings to prevent damage. Regularly inspect your jewelry to ensure that gemstones are secure. If you notice any loose stones, have them fixed by a professional jeweler. Gently clean jewelry with a soft, lint-free cloth after wearing to remove oils, dirt, and sweat. Use a mild soap and lukewarm water to clean more stubborn residue. Avoid harsh chemicals that can damage gemstones and metals.

10. Do you offer gift wrapping services?
Yes we do offer gift wrapping services. However, there is an extra £3 charge for requesting gift wrapping. After you have placed your order, you need to send us an email at support@loversjewellery.co.uk to let us know which items need to be gift wrapped. We will then be able to send you an invoice and get your items delivered to desired address.
Please note: You need to allow an extra 2-3 days for delivery of gift wrapped items.
